Evento de Clausura del pequeño proyecto ganador Fortalecimiento Institucional dirigido a la higiene e inocuidad alimentaria en los procesos de Agregación de Valor y Transformación
El evento de clausura del pequeño proyecto ganador denominado: “Fortalecimiento Institucional dirigido a la higiene e inocuidad alimentaria en los procesos de Agregación de Valor y Transformación”, tuvo lugar en el restaurante Chepes, ubicado en el Sector La Bocana Poneloya, León el día 25 de enero de 2020 y fue impartido por el ex becario y miembro de ANEJA Kevin Urroz, Ingeniero en Alimentos y Técnico municipal quien también es Responsable del área de agregación de valor y transformación de la delegación del Ministerio de Economía Familiar Cooperativa y Asociativa, MEFCCA-León.
Contó con la participación de 45 MiPymes (19 Hombres y 26 Mujeres) dueños de restaurantes tales como: Chepes Bar, El salvadoreño, Parguito Rojo, además pescadores del Sector la Bocana y las peñitas que se dedican abastecer a dueños de restaurantes y vendedores de Sutiaba y mercados de León.
Los objetivos del Proyecto consistieron en fortalecer los conocimientos en temas de condiciones de higiene y seguridad en los procesos de agregación de valor y transformación de pescado, ejes de trabajo que promueve la delegación León desde la producción, transformación y comercialización de productos.
El ex becario motivo a los beneficiarios comprometiéndose que desde el MEFCCA continuara atendiéndolos y a través de las capacitaciones y seguimiento a las actividades que se iniciaron gracias a este proyecto.
Este taller se realizó gracias al esfuerzo de la asociación nicaragüense de ex becarios del Japón ANEJA y con el apoyo de la Agencia de Cooperación Internacional de Japón JICA.
